Information from Creators

When you create an account with us, we collect:

• Account Credentials (e.g., username, password)
• Form Content (the questions and logic you build into your surveys)
• Billing Information (if applicable)

Information from Respondents

When a Respondent participates in a Lisner survey, we collect:

• Voice Recordings of the entire conversation with our AI agent
• Transcripts of the conversation
• Data derived from the interaction, such as response content and completion status

Technical Information

We automatically collect technical information from all users, including:

• Device and Browser Information (e.g., IP address, browser type)
• Usage Data (e.g., features used, time spent on the platform)
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Process voice recordings and conversations to populate survey responses for our Creators
• Communicate with Creators about their accounts and service updates

• With the Creator who owns the survey, to whom we provide all Respondent data
• With trusted third-party service providers for purposes such as cloud hosting, real-time communication infrastructure, and AI processing, who are bound by confidentiality obligations

• To protect our rights, property, or safety, and that of our users
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition

Creators can manage their account and form data through the Service dashboard. Respondents should contact the Creator of the survey to exercise their rights regarding their response data.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, and for the purposes outlined in this policy. We have specific retention policies for voice data, after which it is securely deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
